1 General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms form a binding agreement between khelo baji ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). Using any service on khelo baji — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games or any other section — automatically makes these Terms applicable.

These Terms apply only to adults located in Bangladesh who are capable of conducting activities under Bangladeshi law. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke any person's access at any time at our sole discretion.

The word "services" as used in these Terms refers to khelo baji's website, mobile application, game platform and all associated digital products and services. For more details about us, visit our About Us page.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on khelo baji, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and the balance of such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• After opening an account, documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC).
• Identity and payment method verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
• To change the mobile number or email provided at registration, you must contact customer support.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep the information on the account up to date and accurate.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

All services on khelo baji are for persons aged 21 or above only. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, allowing them access, or placing bets on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

• By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• If age-related information is found to be false, the account will be closed and the entire balance will be forfeited.

4 Account Security and Login Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information confidential. Sharing login details with a third party or attempting to access another person's account is a violation of the Terms and may result in the permanent closure of the account.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• khelo baji is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where information was leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Multiple persons using accounts from the same device is prohibited.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing money on khelo baji. All payment transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal.

If there is insufficient betting activity on the account or the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, withdrawal requests may be delayed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

khelo baji offers various types of bonuses. All bonuses must be claimed under specific conditions, and if those conditions are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed.
• To withdraw winnings earned from bets placed with bonus balance, the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or with the help of a third party is prohibited.
• If any dishonesty related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

The VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (maximum weekly cashback 0.4%), Silver (maximum 0.8%), Gold (maximum 1.1%) and Platinum (maximum 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. VIP benefits and related terms are subject to change.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on khelo baji are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to network issues or device errors.

• The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology.
• If a game stops midway due to a technical error, the bet will be fully refunded or an opportunity to restart will be provided.
• In sports betting, odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Placing bets on both sides of a match (arbitrage) is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the khelo baji platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to unfairly profit by exploiting any vulnerability or technical error on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing or insulting other members or staff of the platform.
• Making payments using a third party's credit card or mobile number.

9 Account Suspension, Closure and Bans

In the following circumstances, khelo baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicious financial activity or an attempt at fraud.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• A request from law enforcement authorities.

If there was regular betting activity prior to account closure and no violation occurred, the legitimate balance from that period is refundable. However, any funds earned from bonuses and winnings during the period of a Terms violation will be forfeited.

A member may also request account closure at any time. The request will be processed by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

10 Data Protection and Privacy

The methods by which your personal information is collected, stored and used are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you also agree to that policy.

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• SSL encryption is used to ensure security.
• Information may be provided to authorities in cases of legal obligation.
• To request correction or deletion of any information, please contact support.

11 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

khelo baji always strives to keep its platform running without interruption. However, we are not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or network problems.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Damage caused by security vulnerabilities on the member's own device.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

In the event of any dispute, it is mandatory to first attempt a direct resolution with our customer service team. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist in both Bengali and English.

12 Changes to Terms and Notifications

khelo baji reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be given by any of the following methods:

• Publishing the new terms with an updated date on this page.
• Notification to the registered email.
• A pop-up message at the time of login.

If you continue to use the site after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. For any major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect.
